This role will drive business insights to enhance clinical processes, leveraging extensive experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and McKesson Clinical systems. The candidate will contribute to the company's mission and societal impact through data-driven strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead complex data set analysis to identify trends and inform business decisions
• Oversee the development of data analytics solutions for Pharma clinical processes
• Guide the integration of McKesson Clinical systems with existing data frameworks
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Analyze Pharmacy Benefit Management data to optimize processes
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to support clinical decision-making
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in all data activities
• Mentor junior analysts and provide training on best practices
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders
• Support the development of data governance policies
• Collaborate with IT for seamless integration of new tools and technologies
• Occasional travel
