The role is crucial for guiding the development and maintenance of advanced conversational AI applications. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge AI models, enhancing performance and user interaction through innovative neural network applications.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions with Kore.ai chatbots.
• Utilize NLP and neural network technologies effectively.
• Build and maintain knowledge bases and conversational design flows.
• Train and update chatbot content regularly.
• Evaluate and improve NLP model metrics.
• Manage API requests and perform integration testing.
