In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop metrics and self-service tools to improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for a balanced analytic roadmap.
- Identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Promote self-service analytic capabilities at scale.
- Utilize data resources effectively for various projects.
- Analyze and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
- Monitor performance metrics to drive improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment for innovation.
- Support the development of analytical technologies.
- Guide SQL and Python code reviews and maintain ETL jobs.
- Ensure statistical rigor and conduct meaningful analyses.

This role requires you to have:
- 4+ years of data analytics experience with a focus on quality measures.
- Ability to transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic analytical thinking to solve business challenges.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with report automation using Python or R.
- Knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations.
- Experience with QMS and L&D-centric metrics.
