The College of Charleston's Office of Institutional Research requires a Data and Reporting Analyst. This role focuses on developing and designing critical reporting for internal and external use. The position is key to maintaining data accuracy and involves collaboration with data stewards for effective data-driven decisions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity through effective daily processes and collaborate to resolve data discrepancies.
- Collect and manage quantitative and qualitative data for external surveys and develop efficient data collection systems.
- Prepare and maintain data visualizations and ensure content relevancy for public platforms.
- Support IR colleagues with accreditation reporting and dashboard development.
- Document and maintain IR data architecture and track project progress.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency with SQL and SAS.
- Experience with Tableau and Cognos.
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
