The Colorado Department of Education is seeking a skilled Human Resources Workforce Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves designing and executing workforce analytics that inform decisions on compensation, recruitment, and organizational development. The successful candidate will support the mission to ensure fair and efficient judicial processes across Colorado.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management for consulting on data needs.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create graphic representations of data.
- Design and implement HR data collection systems.
- Maintain and operate relational databases.
- Respond to data requests with accurate data sources.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights.
- Perform complex data analysis for project work.
- Evaluate new legislation for workforce impacts.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced colleagues as needed.
