In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Consumer Insights to prioritize objectives.
• Engage with colleagues and stakeholders to determine essential research questions.
• Design, develop, and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Implement and evaluate product trials and satisfaction studies.
• Conduct UX research to evaluate product performance and gather customer insights.
• Draft compelling research results and communicate findings effectively.
• Manage external vendors and internal operations during research initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and UX research best practices.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant decisions.
• Ensure consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for variable schedules.
