This position involves extensive analysis at various levels to support strategic product development and pricing decisions. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance client relationships.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive product development and maintenance for property and casualty insurance.
• Analyze data to identify profit and loss drivers and growth opportunities.
• Conduct complex analysis of demographics, competitors, and regulatory statutes.
• Create recommendations and proposals for product development and pricing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and analytical business skills.
• Ability to make decisions within broad management limits.
