In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of clinical data for UDS reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Organize and analyze data from multiple sources such as clinical, financial, and operational metrics.
• Investigate potential data errors and ensure accurate data reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Sound discretion and confidentiality regarding PHI.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SQL programming and Tableau.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Experience in healthcare and working with FQHCs.

Bachelors Degree in math, science, or a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience with software such as Crystal Reports, MS Access, or Microsoft Power BI is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
