CompQsoft is actively searching for a Data Analyst III to bolster their data analytics projects and programs. Operating from their Portsmouth, NH office, this role focuses on improving data quality and spearheading analytics strategies. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging data for key insights and solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis for ongoing and new data analytics projects.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop and support data models and machine learning models.
• Enhance existing data models and sustain data visualizations.
• Analyze Navy ship systems and maintenance data to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Create new metrics for leadership visibility and program performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of complex systems and resolving ambiguities.
• Experience in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Proficiency in data science tools and technologies, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
