Data Analyst (Must be located within New England States)

The organization is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with healthcare leadership and the HIT team, aiming to fulfill internal and external data reporting needs. This role is integral in supporting performance improvement through data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Produce and disseminate clinical quality reports.
• Assist in training for system upgrades.
• Generate productivity and financial reports.
• Work with leadership to design quality improvement measures.
• Provide data to staff and external entities.
• Maintain data integrity across CCAP systems.
• Participate in committees and attend necessary meetings.

This role requires you to have:

• BA degree in Health Informatics, Health Data Analytics or similar field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Crystal reporting and/or SQL.
• NextGen certification or ability to obtain within 6-9 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
