The organization is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with healthcare leadership and the HIT team, aiming to fulfill internal and external data reporting needs. This role is integral in supporting performance improvement through data-driven insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Produce and disseminate clinical quality reports.
- Assist in training for system upgrades.
- Generate productivity and financial reports.
- Work with leadership to design quality improvement measures.
- Provide data to staff and external entities.
- Maintain data integrity across CCAP systems.
- Participate in committees and attend necessary meetings.

This role requires you to have:
- BA degree in Health Informatics, Health Data Analytics or similar field.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Crystal reporting and/or SQL.
- NextGen certification or ability to obtain within 6-9 months.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with NCQA, CTC, and RICCC.
- Ability to perform technology troubleshooting.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data export/import processes.
