In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead technical decisions in modeling approaches, including the integration of traditional machine learning methods with Large Language Models.
• Drive architectural choices for deep learning models to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Engage in hands-on technical work with datasets and model production for most of the role.
• Provide thought leadership in analyzing complex problems and solutions in data science.
• Mentor senior data scientists and team members to promote technical growth.
• Collaborate in aligning data science strategy with business goals.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing machine learning models with 2 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in traditional ML techniques and Large Language Models.
• Advanced deep learning architecture knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
