In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM data hygiene by updating contact records.
- Develop systems for lead scoring and automatic distribution.
- Suggest improvements to Salesforce and third-party integrations.
- Identify high-priority leads and create actionable lists for teams.
- Analyze data to support client retention and suggest next steps.
- Offer Salesforce training and support for GTM teams.
- Assist in the creation and management of sales territories.
- Refine the Ideal Customer Profile based on data insights.
- Evaluate the ROI of go-to-market campaigns.
- Analyze statistics for competitive insights.
- Build targeted email segments and anticipate customer needs.
- Ensure effective lead funnel management.
- Create Salesforce workflows to automate tasks.

- 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst or scientist.
- Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, or similar tools.
- Experienced with Salesforce or equivalent CRMs.

- Comfortable with cross-functional team collaboration.
