ESG Data Analyst

Conservice is seeking an ESG Data Analyst to meet customer needs through data-driven solutions. The role involves collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Consultants to enhance customer accounts effectively and contribute to their success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving processes and supporting company growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to address data-related issues
• Prepare and present data analysis reports to stakeholders
• Devise actions and guidelines for process improvement
• Oversee customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance of Goby's platform
• Build and maintain customer relationships using business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Work with internal teams to enhance company products and offerings

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
• 2-4 years of relevant project environment experience
• Data experience with a preference for SQL
• Experience across functions and seniority levels
