The Data Analyst role exists to support these efforts by analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance healthcare quality outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare data to track performance and identify trends.
• Use statistical methods to discover gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for Star Ratings and other programs.
• Conduct trend analyses to make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
• Monitor ongoing data to identify potential risks.
• Develop forecasting models to predict performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Star Ratings methodology.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare data with a quality improvement focus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Understanding of CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and healthcare standards.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting models.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with data warehouses and claims management systems.

The position requires working with a personal computer in a Windows environment and familiarity with office software like Teams, Word, and Excel. Experience with software such as Jupyter Hub, EMR Studio, SAS, Tableau, and tools like Microsoft SQL Server is essential.
