The Commercial Data Scientist role is crucial in their Global Commercial Excellence team, enhancing business efficiencies and deliver insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct incremental lift analyses for evaluating business initiatives.
• Develop prescriptive models to analyze business performance drivers.
• Utilize predictive models to establish sales quotas and assess business seasonality.
• Automate processes for increased efficiency using Python.
• Manage data collection and modeling from various sources for strategic decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs and business trends using Power BI.
• Ensure standardization in data governance and implement automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Analytics business partner for extensive business reviews.
• Effectively communicate analysis results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support global teams with data analytics, enhancing commercial reporting platforms.
• Work cross-functionally on Incentives & Compensation, and Customer Experience projects.
