They are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their Gas department. This role is integral to collecting and analyzing data to create reports and enhance documentation efforts, serving as a key driver for decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources such as meeting notes and operational data.
• Create and maintain reports using tools like Gantt Charts, Excel, and Visual Basic.
• Develop data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Filter and clean data to resolve code issues by reviewing performance indicators.
• Identify trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide analysis.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information requirements.
• Assist in designing and maintaining databases.
• Support the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting needs.
• Work with various departments to address data-related questions.
• Provide reports and data visualizations to support business operations.

This role requires you to have:

• Associates degree in relevant fields; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of data analysis experience or related coursework
• Proficient in Excel and VBA
• Experience with Gantt Charts and project management tools
• Familiar with database management and warehousing concepts
• Advanced analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
