In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze workforce data using statistical methodologies and communicate findings.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, patterns, and risks.
• Mine data from various sources, validate, and interpret results.
• Present workforce data options, integrations, enhancements, and address production issues.
• Automate, generate, analyze, and distribute HR metrics and ad-hoc reports.
• Evaluate and automate processes, data sources, and reports.
• Collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts to determine data needs and develop reports.
• Domestic U.S. travel may be required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in HR Analytics, statistical reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills with business and technical staff.
• Valid driver's license.
