Corelleaf Design Studio is in search of an experienced Data Analyst to join their team, providing expertise in the Workday ecosystem. The role involves developing custom reports, creating calculated fields, and troubleshooting solutions. The ideal candidate will mentor others, ensuring alignment with the studio's objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze reporting requirements and determine report design strategies.
• Utilize expertise in Workday for HCM, Recruiting, and other modules to develop reports.
• Collaborate with developers and functional experts to align with business needs.
• Define and create Workday security policies and objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Mentor junior team members in reporting and calculated field creation.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in report writing, preferably with Workday certification.
• Proficiency in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
• Experience with Workday Dashboards, Prism, and Discovery Board.
• Expertise in building complex calculated fields.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.

You would benefit from having:

• Workday Pro certification
• 1 year of SQL experience

This is a contract-to-hire position requiring an onsite presence in Marietta, GA. Workday Pro certification is desired, and relocation is preferred.
