In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery and define comprehensive business requirements for product features.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and present findings to senior management.
• Influence development team process, ensuring product requirements align with customer needs.
• Create internal and external user documentation throughout the production cycle.
• Oversee production readiness, supporting user acceptance testing and successful product roll-out.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of Business/Process Analyst experience in relevant industries
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
