In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Facilitate the discovery of business requirements from a client's perspective and translate them into data extract specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data needs are understood.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and write extract specifications that meet client needs.
• Define user stories and requirements to develop standardized layouts and packages.
• Write detailed user needs descriptions, including acceptance criteria, for custom data extracts or new standard data products.
• Validate specifications with stakeholders to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst in a similar industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable specifications.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain consensus from cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources and craft solutions.
• Experience working in distributed teams and coordinating with stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Experience authoring SQL queries.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with coding, profiling, and visualization tools like Python, Tableau, and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of the real estate economy and related domains such as mortgage servicing, property insurance, and credit.
• Extensive knowledge of the client base and product and data offerings.
• Understanding of Big Data, Cloud, and Machine Learning concepts.
