In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as principal data scientist for D&IT AI Platform & Products, providing subject matter expertise.
• Convert complex business issues into data science solutions by analyzing and interpreting datasets.
• Develop innovative metrics to measure the business impact of AI initiatives.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster innovation and competitive advantage.
• Work independently or collaboratively on machine learning model development and software modifications.
• Guide and influence multiple teams, contributing to business strategy and resolving contentious issues.

This role requires you to have:

• 8-10 years' experience in data science or related fields.
• Proficiency in data preparation for machine learning and exploratory data analysis.
• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Databricks.
• Ability to work with both Windows and Linux systems.
