In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for strategic development with product, marketing, and sales teams
- Design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems
- Develop automated data infrastructure using SQL or Python
- Implement data quality assurance procedures

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehouse solutions such as AWS, Azure, and Snowflake
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with BigQuery and Snowflake
- Working knowledge of large consumer datasets
- Background in the real estate industry
