Cotiviti, a guardian of its clients' data, requires efficient systems to handle data implementation and security. This role in Data Analysis delivers critical insights into the operations of healthcare data. The Data Analyst will ensure data quality and compliance through active engagement with healthcare data carriers.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the quality of data.
- Host and manage discussions with healthcare data carriers regarding data intake.
- Document meetings and ensure client and carrier agreement.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data meets warehouse specifications.
- Write specifications for data transformations.
- Collaborate with programmers for quality checks on data formatting.
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis using SQL.
- Support Engineering/Tools team with new business requirements.
- Assist in automating internal processes through coding.
- Complete responsibilities as outlined in the Performance Plan.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years' healthcare data analysis experience.
- Proficient in database and spreadsheet applications.
- Expertise in healthcare enrollment and claims data.
- Strong SQL skills for diverse data set analysis.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project prioritization skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Knowledge of non-traditional data types such as EMR and workforce productivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
