COUNTRY Financial, a diverse provider of insurance and financial services, seeks a Data Analytics Analyst to support the Market Management team. This role focuses on improving product insights and analytics, contributing to strategic business growth. Join a collaborative team based at their Bloomington, IL office, promoting both personal and commercial line advancements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance new and existing products by making product design and process recommendations.
• Analyze premium rates and loss experience to ensure production and profitability goals are met.
• Develop state business strategies with marketing, assessing competitor positions and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure accurate implementation of new initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication, including group presentations.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and processes.
• Experience with forecasting and modeling.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and training.
