Public Health Madison & Dane County is looking for a Data Analyst dedicated to enhancing public health through data-driven insights. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure data integrity. The team focuses on providing reliable data to inform decision-making and improve services.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support data management tools.
• Create workflows and business rules for data entry and analysis.
• Analyze and communicate data using various programs.
• Assist in developing reports for decision-making.
• Manage data integrity, analysis, and reporting.
• Train and provide technical support to end users.
• Develop program evaluations, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Serve as a liaison among partners for complex projects.

This role requires you to have:
