In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze search results to understand customer intent in both semantic and cultural contexts.
• Evaluate top search results for alignment with search intent and suggest improvements.
• Identify, document, and track search defects quickly and efficiently.
• Use analytics tools to diagnose search defects and map them to the search stack.
• Identify and quantify model errors to guide performance improvements.
• Advocate for customer perspectives to address pain points in search functionality.
• Master search system operations, including algorithms and scoring methods.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years in product analytics or data engineering.
• Fluent communication in English and Korean.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work across international time zones and overtime if needed.
