Data Analyst II

The Data Analyst II will contribute to the strategic efforts led by the Director of Environmental Sustainability, collaborating with teams across the organization to refine data processes and reporting in line with Cox Conserves' objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Execute recurring processes to support data pipelines and quality assurance tasks.
• Develop documentation for data processes and enhance automation efforts.
• Proactively address data quality issues and present analyses to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards, adapting to evolving data sources and standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental reporting standards and data governance policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data querying and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Python, pandas, and PySpark for ETL processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric cloud platforms.
• Background in data analytics for corporate functions such as Finance and Marketing.
• Experience with sustainability metrics and corporate disclosure practices.
