CPO Commerce LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will lead a team of Data Architects, Developers, and Data Engineers. Your role will revolve around managing and developing a data-driven culture within the company, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in data analysis and reporting. You will collaborate closely with BU leaders, such as the Vice President of eCommerce, Vice President Customer Engagement, and Vice President of Merchandising and Marketplace, to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights. Your expertise will be utilized to present insights and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning. The goal is to build and enhance the data, analytics, and reporting environment to support the company's strategic goals and operational needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee the work of the data & analytics team, ensuring accuracy
• Lead the development of processes for effective data analysis and reporting
• Manage a team responsible for developing data, analytics, and reporting environment
• Collaborate with BU leaders to understand their business needs and develop actionable data on customer behavior, segments, and products
• Present insights and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning
• Control and develop internal/external information sources for business analysis
• Manage the Data & Analytics team for identification, development, and deployment of applications and tools
• Promote a data-driven culture by empowering users to access relevant systems and tools
• Provide an environment for close to real-time data analysis and reporting
• Build out Predictive and Machine Learning capabilities
• Deliver identified projects within specified timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
