Senior Data Engineer

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. This key position involves working closely with engineering leadership, clients, and product teams to ensure deliverables are met. As a client-facing technical expert, the role encompasses the implementation, support, optimization, and upgrade of data solutions. The role provides technical leadership for development teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead onshore and offshore teams in developing and maintaining an EOR data warehouse.
• Design and build data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data engineering tools.
• Oversee testing in lower environments and coordinate production deployments.
• Implement best practices for Data and Systems Engineering processes.
• Coordinate with DevOps for implementing new cloud services or tool updates.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in building, running, and deploying production systems.
• Strong technical leadership in Data Engineering for onshore and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Azure Data Engineering tools.
• Experience with data flows for data warehousing and familiarity with Git version control.
