The Data Analyst role is crucial for aligning technical requirements with business objectives, supporting data science projects, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology and business teams to define data and analysis requirements.
• Conduct data quality audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Compile and analyze data sets to enhance business outcomes.
• Address complex data quality issues using advanced profiling and monitoring techniques.
• Develop and apply data cleaning and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and organize raw data for business intelligence projects.
• Partner with data science teams for model maintenance and data analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with team members and subject matter experts.
• Lead small-scale projects and initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• 5 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel including power query, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and Macros (VBA).
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
• Strong capability in statistical analysis methods.
