The Product Analyst II role supports this mission by delivering key data insights and analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify business improvement opportunities via processes or optimized strategies
• Deliver data insights, analytical solutions, and recommendations utilizing technologies such as dashboards and ETLs
• Gather and clarify requirements from business development associates
• Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical significance
• Present findings and improvement recommendations to upper management
• Conduct periodic audits on team reporting
• Utilize database tools for data management and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc analysis alongside larger projects

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL query writing
• Experience with scripting languages, preferably Python
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Detail-oriented and analytically savvy with strong research skills
