In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily inventory data accurately.
- Monitor inbound and outbound commodity transactions.
- Reconcile trade records with inventory data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance and trading to resolve discrepancies.
- Create and manage customer proforma documents.
- Project future bank balances based on commodity forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports on cash flow and inventory.
- Analyze production data forecasting inventory levels.
- Refine inventory forecasts using historical data.
- Generate and present regular inventory reports.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses requested by senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Address contract discrepancies with vendors and customers.
- Complete tax documentation for commodity transactions.
- Implement process automation for efficiency.
- Identify and propose process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure data validation before automation.
- Prepare risk positions for ethanol and related trades.
- Develop data models for analysis.
- Monitor market trends affecting trading.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Finance.
