In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data for process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret data.
• Design and implement Business Intelligence tools for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for stakeholder updates.
• Analyze data for compliance verification with established standards.
• Collaborate on ERP system implementation ensuring data integrity.
• Develop data-driven reports and present findings to management.
• Provide general support for department initiatives and projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, cost accounting, and project budgeting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong communication skills.
