In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop reports and presentations based on analytical findings.
• Review customer data and generate necessary reports.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews on sourcing data to determine purchasing patterns.
• Assist with market research projects.
• Run reports for audit departments as needed.
• Adhere to company and departmental standards in work procedures and SOPs.
• Contribute to data visualizations and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Oversee complex issue resolution in cross-team environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose data quality issues and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with other data analysts and technical leads on data insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a data analyst.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis.
• Experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming (e.g., XML, Javascript).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
