In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and produce diverse reports for business support and growth needs.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and offer recommendations to various teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics and client-specific guarantees.
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support the creation of client utilization reports.
• Develop and monitor company-wide and client-specific outcome reports.
• Conduct various reporting and data analysis projects.
• Identify patterns and interpret the underlying stories in the data.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in data operations.
• Keen insight to analyze data and uncover new patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of call center management and its metrics.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities to produce and interpret data.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivation and reliability.
