• Lead provider and member outreach programs for drug safety and access improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate business issues into data solutions.
• Utilize algorithms and predictive models to identify patterns and propose solutions.
• Partner with various teams to execute targeting pipelines and outreach operations.
• Develop randomized control trials and statistical analyses to measure program impacts.
• Conduct presentations on analytics results to stakeholders.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical techniques.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in business insights and statistical modeling.
• Experience coding in Python or similar languages for over 2 years.
• Proficiency in SQL with more than 2 years experience.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in data modeling and machine learning techniques.
