• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-informed campaigns.
• Analyze RCT campaigns with statistical techniques and provide leadership recommendations.
• Set and track KPIs aligned with strategic and financial goals.
• Propose actionable recommendations for further analytics development.
• Ensure smooth integration of analytics solutions into broader business initiatives.
• Conduct independent research to support solution development.
• Document data exploration processes for scalability and transparency.
• Iteratively develop analytics solutions, balancing complexity with impact.
