CVS Health's Medicare Member Experience data science team is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to lead efforts in enhancing member experiences through advanced machine learning solutions. This position focuses on developing models that help maintain Aetna’s STARS ratings. The team collaborates across departments to deliver insightful data-driven strategies, while also offering mentorship to junior team members.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work with highly imbalanced datasets to identify areas for improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Expertise in deploying machine learning models.
• SQL proficiency for querying and modeling.
• Good communication skills.
