In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to provide insights for business partners.
• Design a data science roadmap to meet immediate needs and advance capabilities.
• Establish operational standards across data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive impact.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the platform.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in developing ML/AI solutions.
• 6+ years programming experience in R/Python and SQL.

You would benefit from having:

• 10+ years experience in building scalable solutions.
• Experience in Insurance or Healthcare data for creating risk models.
• Preferred Master’s or PhD in a STEM field.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Agile and experiment design methodologies like A/B testing.
