In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to devise strategies for Medicare member growth using analytics.
• Craft data stories using modern visualization techniques to provide insights.
• Aggregate and analyze various data sources to enhance business performance.
• Create dynamic reports and dashboards that highlight performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Develop and automate data pipelines for machine learning models and analytics tools.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python/R for data analysis.
• Experience using statistical techniques for complex business challenges.
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex issues.
• Experience with tools like Tableau, R Shiny, or Power BI.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
