In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards.
- Utilize business analytics tools to provide data solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to define metrics and requirements.
- Analyze data using SQL and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis.
- Participate in planning and refining project requirements.
- Adopt iterative development practices for effective solutions.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Expertise in Excel, including Power Query.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with DataBricks.
- Proficiency in Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau.
- Knowledge of the Navy or DoD readiness domain.
