In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as system owner and ambassador of the global Total Quality Dashboard.
• Develop and enhance Total Quality Data, Reports, and Dashboards with key stakeholders.
• Consolidate and standardize quality dashboards and reporting across Cytiva.
• Train users in data analytics and best practice sharing.
• Perform measurement system analysis and assess signal-to-noise for metrics.
• Align change control to ensure data and KPI quality.
• Collaborate globally with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and quality leaders.
• Advocate for proactive quality measurements for existing products.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 6 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, R&D, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with applied statistics.
• Proficiency in communication with strong influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Cytiva processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Qliksense, SFDC Veeva, and/or Machine Learning.
• Practical application of Six Sigma.
• Advanced Excel skills, database queries, and experience with Oracle and/or SAP.
