• Generate insights to drive customer retention and better service
• Define data metrics and dashboards to understand and measure progress
• Enable data-driven decisions via ad hoc analysis and BI tools
• Design A/B tests to refine product offerings and boost recurring revenue
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and guide fellow analysts
