In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build data models for healthcare operations and analyze data for organizational stakeholders.
• Integrate data from diverse sources and prepare data capture tools.
• Troubleshoot data errors and ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Develop and automate patient matching processes.
• Facilitate data submission for federal and internal reports.
• Conduct process documentation and manage enterprise reporting systems.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for business insights.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance workflow processes.
• Update record-keeping processes and reporting catalog.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field with extensive experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting tools.
• Programming knowledge such as R, SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Strong understanding of ETL frameworks and EDW.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Certification in SAS, STATA, or SPSS.
