In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate on data strategy development with leadership.
• Integrate multiple data systems to provide actionable insights.
• Support ERP, farm, irrigation, fleet, and inventory systems.
• Design and manage data lakes for large dataset consolidation.
• Identify and implement data automation opportunities.
• Develop protocols for data validation and quality assurance.
• Create dashboards and reports for key performance monitoring.
• Communicate data insights to executive and cross-functional teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven data analyst experience in agricultural, manufacturing, or production contexts.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Apps), and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation.
