In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the Customer Growth Model.
• Own and report on Brand Health Metrics using YouGov.
• Analyze customer journeys in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Track and assess marketing campaign performance.
• Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning for customer insights.
• Create data visualizations with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Support market research and competitive analysis efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and governance in partnership with IT.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate customer data insights.

This role requires you to have:

• 4-6+ years experience in data analytics with a focus on customer behavior.
