Data and Assessment Analyst

DC International

District of Columbia International School (DCI), a public charter school serving diverse students in grades 6-12, seeks a Data and Assessment Analyst. This role is central to managing the school's data systems and coordinating standardized assessments in partnership with key school leaders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data collection systems, dashboards, calendars, and trackers
• Act as primary liaison for data management and technical support for key platforms
• Report data proactively to instructional leaders for instructional decision-making
• Analyze and organize data for presentations aligned with DCI's strategic plan
• Provide professional development on data platforms for educational staff
• Assist with survey implementation, analysis, and reporting
• Support SIS and other data systems management in collaboration with the Director of Data Strategy
• Prepare and analyze data for special projects
• Report data as required by OSSE and PCSB
• Lead the implementation of testing protocols and administration windows
• Provide staff training for compliant and effective testing environments
• Support small group testing accommodations with SST and grade level teams
• Ensure data security protocols for standardized assessments
• Supervise staff training and support for testing
