ESG Data Analyst

This role is integral to shaping brand-specific activities in alignment with organizational and regulatory commitments. The Health and Sustainability Team collaborates on supporting the corporate sustainability agenda in the U.S. and globally.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Shape business plans and strategic decisions through performance assessment.
• Develop strategic recommendations and analytics for brand leadership.
• Create analytical tools for improved business insights and data management.
• Lead discussions on performance, targets, and data processes.
• Train team members on software use and process improvements.
• Participate in strategic communications and discussions with stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and partner on initiatives with leadership and third parties.
• Assist in developing market strategies for brick-and-mortar and eCommerce.
• Support strategic planning and competitive analysis through research.
• Maintain performance scorecards and share insights with leadership.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate strategy or grocery retail/consulting
• Strong analytical and change management skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Lead without authority in dynamic environments
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
