Analytics Engineer - Remote Optional

The position involves transforming raw data into solutions that drive key business decisions for the organization, supporting their mission of empowering clients with valuable analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines for integrating varied data sources.
• Ensure data quality through robust profiling methodologies.
• Adhere to data transformation rules and requirements.
• Implement CI/CD, unit testing, and performance optimization best practices.
• Collaborate with the Data Architecture team to ensure data model consistency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Stay informed on PII best practices and organizational risk policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of SQL experience.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT methodologies.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in dbt.
• Analytics or data engineering background.
• Experience with Python and shell scripting.
• Understanding of Agile development methods.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Familiarity with Dimensional and Data Vault data models.
