In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Understand and fulfill Government Programs contract requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and metrics.
- Lead report development and analysis for contractual deliverables of Government Programs.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support care coordination and community program initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with CMS Medicare Advantage data submissions and audits.
- Participate in audits and manage data reporting for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
- Serve as Data Steward in Delta Dental Data Governance Committee.
- Utilize software tools such as SQL and Power BI for data mining.
- Ensure department compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in population health or finance.
- Superior math and impact analysis skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
